O Grady’s on the Pier has a first class team
carefully selected by owner Mike O’Grady. Sligo native Keith Carden is in command of the kitchen. He grew up by the sea and from a young age developed a strong passion for our main speciality - seafood. In his two years at O’Gradys, Keith has been gathering fans with his simple but elegant style.
By Keith’s side are the sous chef Kieran McComiskey, who has previous experience is Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurant, the experienced Michael Clancy as chef de partie and commis chefs Stephen McKenna and Tomek Luszczyk.
On the floor, we are proud to offer a casual, yet intimate and high quality service. Manager Fiona Kenny and her service staff don't waste time in getting to know our customers and their preferences, and this is evident in the high number of return visitors.Suppliers
